Click SEND IN REPAIR at the top of the page to create an online RMA.3. Click here to download an RMA form that you can fill out by hand to send your item in. 4. Have your item picked up by us (*within PES pickup region – contact us for details). How do you determine a repair price? Items sent for repair are evaluated to determine the cost of the repair. We also have established flat rate repair prices for many items. Do you charge for evaluations? We do not charge evaluation fees for repairs performed here at PES. Do you offer a rush repair service? We do offer a rush service that expedites the repair of your item. There is an additional charge for this valuable service – call or click here for details. Do you have any kind of guarantee or warranty on your repairs? Our repair warranty covers the entire unit for a full 2 years. What do you repair? We provide quality repair of AC and DC drives, HMI Panels, servo motors and many other items. Click here for the expanded list. What happens if my item can’t be repaired? There is no charge for an item that cannot be repaired. We can offer an option for a replacement for the item upon request if available. Can you save my parameters or programming? We make every effort to retain all user parameters / programs contained in controls we receive for repair. Do you sell new controls? We do not sell circuit board level parts, but we can often provide items such as drive keypads, option cards, etc.
