In addition, we go beyond simply checking to see that your unit’s inputs and outputs are functioning, we actually test all digital inputs for threshold (turn on / off) voltage and all digital outputs are load tested to ensure they can provide the rated current for each output. All analog inputs and outputs are checked for proper calibration per the manufacturer’s specifications to be sure your critical PLC applications will perform as they were engineered to when the repaired module is put back into service.
