Stuart Jennings initially studied electronics at Danville Community College. After reinforcing his knowledge through a stint in the Air Force, he eventually found his way back to DCC where he taught electronics until 1985. However, in 1985, the entrepreneurial spirit in Stuart broke through, and Precision Electronic Services, Inc. (PES) was created right in the middle of his living room.
